Honest Burgers and The Truffle Guys have launched the Truffle Fried Chicken Burger, available across all Honest Burgers’ locations in the UK until August 5. This collaboration marks the third release of this specific burger and the second time the two companies have partnered. Honest Burgers has a location in Duke Street, Brighton. The Truffle Guys, founded by Rikki Constantinou and Jordan Jon, aim to make truffles more accessible. The burger features honey-drizzled fried chicken, American cheese, chicken truffle mayo, truffled shoestring fries, honey, lettuce, and pickles.
Separately, Pizza House Bicester, a longstanding eatery in Deans Court, was inspected by Cherwell District Council’s Environmental Health team on June 13 and received a one-out-of-five rating requiring ‘major improvement.’ Issues included food safety management and the cleanliness and condition of the facilities. However, the restaurant’s hygienic food handling was deemed ‘generally satisfactory.’ The Oxford Mail has contacted Pizza House Bicester for comments.
