Well, what I&#8217;m talking about is not actually going into battle and being in a war, it just means<\/span><b> living a life <\/b><b><i>like<\/i><\/b><b> a warrior.<\/b><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">M.E.D.S<\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">So number one on my list is what I call taking your meds. When I say taking your meds, I&#8217;m talking about <\/span><b>meditation<\/b><b>, <\/b><b>exercise<\/b><b>, <\/b><b>diet<\/b><b>, and <\/b><b>sleep<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. These are all things that are <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">critical<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> to helping you live like a warrior.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">I&#8217;ve got other posts and videos out there that you can watch on all of this. Take your meds each and every day, and it&#8217;s going to help you live like a warrior.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Build Habits<\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Number two is simply <\/span><b>building habits or routines<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> and making them into <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">rituals<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. We&#8217;re creatures of habits, we&#8217;ve all heard that. You want to make things a habit because <\/span><b>we are our habits<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Think about what you want to instill and what you want to do in your life and make those habits. Plan them out and do them <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">every single day<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Find A Mentor<\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><em><strong>Number three in these warrior lifestyles is to find a mentor.<\/strong><\/em> Just find somebody you can model and <\/span><b>look at what they do<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Following whatever they do is going to help you <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">live more like a warrior.<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">I&#8217;d be honored to be your mentor. But it doesn&#8217;t have to be me, it just needs to be somebody you look up to. I know this may not make too much sense right now, but if you think about what vulnerability is, you&#8217;ll know it&#8217;ll help. Vulnerability is telling somebody you love them, that can be hard to do. You have to <\/span><b>open yourself up<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A lot of people are scared to do that because they&#8217;re <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">afraid of getting hurt<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Being vulnerable could be speaking in front of a large audience and being embarrassed. You have to<\/span><b> put yourself out there.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> The more you put yourself out there, the <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">more confident you&#8217;re going to be<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Keep Your Promises<\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Number five is to simply<\/span><b> keep promises to yourself.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Your words should be <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">your bond<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. We make these little <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">micro-commitments<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> to ourselves each and every day. Then we break these promises.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">These broken promises we make to ourselves<\/span><b> weigh down on us<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> and they weigh down on us so much that we&#8217;re <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">not allowing ourselves to live the lives we want to live<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.
