Julius Abraham, 54, believes drinking the nutrient-rich water from steamed vegetables is the secret to looking decades younger, with friends often mistaking him for a 20-year-old.

Julius Abraham, a 54-year-old comedian, quiz host, and car-auction facilitator from Bristol, claims his youthful appearance is due to drinking water from his vegetable steamer. For the past 18 years, after watching a YouTube video, Abraham has been following a routine where he steams a combination of carrots, broccoli, kale, cauliflower, and courgettes, and consumes the nutrient-rich water along with the vegetables.

He states that people frequently mistake him for being in his 20s and that his youthful look has been consistent since he started this practice in his late 30s. Abraham notes that he steams the vegetables daily, allows them to cool overnight to collect the condensed steam, and drinks the resultant water. He also avoids tap water, opting for bottled or filtered water instead. Abraham emphasizes the perceived health benefits and the positive feedback he receives when people learn his true age.
