Cobram Estate Introduces New Low FODMAP Olive Oil Collection and Redesigned Essentials Line
Sacramento, CA – Cobram Estate has announced the launch of their Artisan Collection, featuring extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) infused with 100% natural flavours. This collection has received certification as Low FODMAP by Monash University, known for their contributions to irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) research and the Low FODMAP diet.
The Artisan Collection is tailored for individuals with gut health sensitivities, as well as those interested in anti-inflammatory diets. The certified Low FODMAP oils provide an option free from preservatives, artificial flavours, or added colours. The products are also Non-GMO Project Verified, Kosher, and vegan friendly.
“The Artisan Collection is created through the emulsion of less than 2% natural flavoured oil with 100% California Extra Virgin Olive Oil,” stated Leandro Ravetti, Joint CEO and Chief Oil Maker at Cobram Estate. Ravetti explained that avoiding the use of actual fruits or vegetables helps in maintaining the flavour and quality of the oil, making it possible to meet Monash University’s certification standards.
In addition to the Artisan Collection, Cobram Estate has unveiled a redesigned Everyday Essentials line for 2024. This collection, also made from 100% California EVOO, features three distinct flavour profiles—Mild, Classic, and Robust. The new label design aims to help consumers differentiate between the flavour profiles, using colours inspired by the California landscape. It also prominently showcases the Non-GMO Project Verified stamp and includes cooking tips.
Both the Artisan Collection and the Everyday Essentials line are equipped with a proprietary pop-up pourer to ensure easy dispensing.
